Solution: Hybrid approach combining simple first-launch welcome with comprehensive Project Overview walkthrough.

When users select text in the plan content, a floating toolbar appears at the bottom of the content area. This enables quick actions: create an Objective from selected text, copy to clipboard, or dismiss. The Architecture Overview section is shown highlighted in this mockup to demonstrate the selection state.
