The transactional-mode beat skeleton with three layers applied: coverLetter (medium length, complete-draft handoff), note (short length, inline draft variants), and letter (medium length, voice-loaded, often emotional/relational). Five beats — Intent, Recipient, Substance, Tone, Readiness — track as a satisfaction map; Beat 5's length-driven fork produces drafts inline for short pieces or hands off to Composition for longer ones. Cross-beat stakes modifier active across all three layers (most prominently in note for high-stakes texts and letter for emotional/relational contexts).
